The European Centre for Living Technology (ECLT) is a research and education Centre founded in 2005, as one objective of the PACE project. The project in fact required a multidisciplinary collaboration across the fields of physics, chemistry, biology, computer science and mathematics and interaction among the European and American Institutions. The Centre could provide a suitable environment to encourage and develop this collaboration.
ECLT is the interuniversity consortium which includes as founding members the Universities, the Laboratories and the Companies partners of the PACE project. Recently three other Institutions joined the Centre and others are completing their membership applications.
